The Wedding is Near!!

I just realized that my cousin's wedding is near.. I need to look fairly impressive. Of course, a diet on mainly soda isn't going to help. I wonder if I should start on a water diet? Ugh. 

Projected expenses:
* a decent long lasting foundation - possibly Php 1500, powder included. Hope Jon doesn't kill me.
* a dress for myself - looking at Php600 bucks. Not really expecting to have to spend much on clothes
* decent lipstick - Php 300 (will need to bring baby oil and tons of tissue when I go shopping for make up. And need to fix the rest of my face so that the good lipstick doesn't look icky with a grungy face)
* shoes!! PHP400 - NOT going to spend more when I know I'm going to use it for one day only. And Something wedged because there is no way in hell I'm walking down anything in stilettos.

OMG. This is almost Php 3000! I might have to kill myself! I'm going to need all of my TOIL put together so I don't use up any of my VLs. Thank goodness I still have TOILs left. But we're also going to have to spend for Jon's barong and shoes. 
 But I will definitely have to scrimp on the makeup.. Ugh. Uhm.. scrimp on the foundation perhaps? I wonder where I can get really good foundation? If Mac made day's worth or week's worth foundation packages, they would make a fortune. Imagine. I would't have to worry about trying out which shade to get because they have it pre-packaged good for a day's worth of use!

But clothes and shoes alone already cost 1k.  I can't go over that budget. I'l of course need nail polish.  I'll have to borrow white nail polish from people. And eye shadow too. I'll need to start shopping from my friends. I can probably squeeze the lipstick and perhaps the shoes on the 30th. Wet n wild lipstick. Or I should go to bench for that. I'll have to look for some really cheap wedges. Need to hit the stores in SM and Cubao Expo for that.

May 15th, I'll need to work out the budget for the 15th. 
Oh man, I couldn't believe I still have a loa to pay for on the 30th. I'll have to force at least the lipstick so I won't have to worry about it when the time comes. I can get away with the powder. I don't really need new powder because I can make do with my old powder. I just need a powder brush. That shouldn't cost too much. 
 
Fortunately, I've stocked up on mascara and eye liner. So i don't have to worry about smudgy eye make up on that date. I hope Glen has a proper make up artist. Oh well. 

But I seriously should consider getting mac make up. I know it's worth it? And from whatI've heard I'm not going to go wrong with mac. Oh well. Here's to hoping.

Talk About a Million Stress

It's so tiring what they're doing to us. The company offered to let most of the agents go on the promise of paying them a voluntary retirement package.  That's all nice for the agents because whether they take it or not, they will still receive it when the company says they can go. But for the team leads, it's a different story. To begin with, only 8 team leads can avail of the package.  Anyone else who wants to go can go by resigning.  It's so painful because they dropped the bomb on us by saying that whoever wants to avail of the package may avail of the package, and they're not going to limit it just because we've gone over the required number of people. The next day, they tell us, no we can't let everyone go. We can only afford to make 8 stay.  Well, right now, I'm the eighth. And the more painful part? Because I Can

Well, yes, I'm not blogging because I have something to say, actually I'm just blogging because I can do so. Anyway, I got up today pretty hungry. Considering we had lunch at Tramway. The food was awesome, but I was able to have only 2 courses. Next time I go, I'm going to make sure I get a dose of everything! Oh, and I'll be wearing a big shirt! You know, for emergency purposes. I'm still pretty sleepy right now but Tyrese woke me up, saying that she was hungry. So I had to go and cook some rice. Which by the way I realized that she did not wake me up for food originally. She woke me up because she pooped. well, i'm just waiting for the rice to cook so I can eat cause I'm hungry, too.
