The 2014 Challenge

I have to admit, my posts have not really been beneficial to anything.  I haven't posted anything substantial to my road to financial freedom.   But now i think this is going to be a more substantial post.  So I was browsing the web earlier and I happened to stumble upon this post about the 52 week challenge of 2014.  Its a post where it you start saving money every week by starting with a dollar.   Then every week,  the amount you put in will increase in increments of one.
So for the first week, you're putting in a dollar.   The week,  you're putting in $2.00. The third week, you're putting in $3.00 and so on and so forth.

But since we're here in the Philippines, someone else has modified it to fit our mindsets. :-)

The Kuripot Pinay talks about the 52 Week Challenge with different variants as far as how much you should be putting in.  I actually. Modified mine so that I will be putting money in every pay day.  Someone has also suggested that they do it in the reverse order.  So let's say you projected how much you'd be putting in by the end of the year, you can take that amount, use it as the initial payment, and basically reverse the amounts starting from the biggest first to the lowest amount. As early as now, I can save for next year's tuition. And I don't see why I shouldn't be able to do so.

God has sent many people into my life, I'm just praying that everything works out well. It reminds me of how my husband is so incompetent that he cannot even provide medication for our daughter.  It's very frustrating.  Every month our child becomes sick. And I can't take her to the doctor because she doesn't have a card.

So I also need to research on that.  I realized that there are so many things I need to be looking into that sometimes my perspective is lost. Well, this for now, more for later.
