I just wanted to rant for the next few minutes before I hit the sack. I have the feeling of impending doom.  Something that might possibly put a stint on my Financial Freedom.  Possibly.  And in the short term, something a little bit of a worry and frustration.  
The thing is, they effed up the incentive scheme at work. They come up with this really nice incentive scheme, they build the excitement for the reps and make it seem like everyone's going to come out a winner.  Apparently NOT TRUE. 
They suddenly come out with a few more amendments to the incentive scheme that wasn't clear to begin with. The only information we gleaned was that all sales were to be paid according to the bracket you fall in depending on your performance.  The higher your overall scorecard, the higher amount paid per sale. No references made to attendance or adherence with the exception of the ADDED BONUS should you hit adherence.  Other than that, no fine print as to how absences or tardies would affect the incentive scheme.  Furthermore, there was NO SOLID communication as to how this incentive scheme would be done.  
Okay. Let's say legally, they haven't done anything wrong because to start off with, we didn't even agree to any such incentive scheme. However, there also wasn't any signed document stating that the incentive scheme should have changed. It was a clear rip off from the start, and now that they probably figured out they can't provide the amounts that the agents SHOULD HAVE been getting, they decided to take measures.  So according to your attendance, should have absences or whatnot, then you are entitled to either half, or only a quarter of the incentive scheme. 
It's a totally bogus operation, and the only thing I could do right now is complain, whine and feel bad.  
To make matters worse, there is still no communication about my Sick Leaves. I haven't filed any Sick Leaves prior to this, this would be the first.  It just so happened that I was confined (because I had to be. Otherwise I'd probably in longer confinement due to dengue hemorrhagic fever).  Give me a break, I came in during the rainy weather, I made sure I was in the office while everyone else couldn't come in.  And they're taking the rainy weather as well my confinement against me.  Which is not really good business. 
RMI QP really does not know how to handle their business. It's amazing what kind of scam they run on their clients. No wonder the they can't hold employees.  I wonder what the financials look like. Sheesh.  Everyone really ought to be made aware of the financials.

Talk About a Million Stress

It's so tiring what they're doing to us. The company offered to let most of the agents go on the promise of paying them a voluntary retirement package.  That's all nice for the agents because whether they take it or not, they will still receive it when the company says they can go. But for the team leads, it's a different story. To begin with, only 8 team leads can avail of the package.  Anyone else who wants to go can go by resigning.  It's so painful because they dropped the bomb on us by saying that whoever wants to avail of the package may avail of the package, and they're not going to limit it just because we've gone over the required number of people. The next day, they tell us, no we can't let everyone go. We can only afford to make 8 stay.  Well, right now, I'm the eighth. And the more painful part? Because I Can

Well, yes, I'm not blogging because I have something to say, actually I'm just blogging because I can do so. Anyway, I got up today pretty hungry. Considering we had lunch at Tramway. The food was awesome, but I was able to have only 2 courses. Next time I go, I'm going to make sure I get a dose of everything! Oh, and I'll be wearing a big shirt! You know, for emergency purposes. I'm still pretty sleepy right now but Tyrese woke me up, saying that she was hungry. So I had to go and cook some rice. Which by the way I realized that she did not wake me up for food originally. She woke me up because she pooped. well, i'm just waiting for the rice to cook so I can eat cause I'm hungry, too.
